These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PCBQuotes and the website at pcbquotes.com and api.pcbquotes.com (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

PCBQuotes provides instant online price quotes for custom printed circuit boards and, where available, the ability to order them. Boards are manufactured by our partner fabrication facility. Additional features such as ordering and payment may be added over time.

2. Quotes are estimates

Prices returned by the quoting tool are estimates based on the specifications you enter and our current pricing. They are not a binding offer and may change. A quote does not become a binding order until we confirm it. Orders are subject to design review, and we may decline or adjust an order if the submitted design cannot be manufactured as specified or was quoted in error.

3. Accounts

You can view quotes without an account. Creating an account lets you save quotes and access additional features. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service: no automated scraping or bulk extraction of pricing beyond normal use, no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, and no unlawful use. Anonymous quoting is rate-limited; circumventing those limits is not permitted.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its content, branding, and software, is owned by PCBQuotes and protected by law. You retain ownership of the design files and specifications you submit, and you grant us the limited right to use them to provide quotes and fulfill orders.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that quotes will be error-free or that the Service will be uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PCBQuotes will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the order giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which PCBQuotes operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
